Okay, so here’s the deal. I wanted to get myself a nice watch, you know, something classy but not too flashy. And I heard a lot about the CopyOMEGA Ω Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch, especially the one with the clear back so you can see all the guts inside. It sounded pretty cool, so I started looking into it.
First off, I did some digging online. Just wanted to see what people were saying about it. I found out that this Moonwatch thing is a pretty big deal. Lots of folks talking about it, saying it’s a real classic and a good copy. I’m not into the super expensive stuff, so finding a good copy was important to me.
Then, I started hunting for where to actually buy one. I checked out a bunch of online stores, but I gotta say, it was a bit of a jungle out there. Lots of places claiming they had the “real” copy, but you never know. I did see a name pop up a few times – Thomas Preik. People seemed to trust him, saying his stuff was legit. Apparently, these clear backs he makes can fit on all kinds of Speedmasters.
I found some forum posts talking about different watches and saw that a few people had bought from Thomas Preik before and were really happy. That gave me a little more confidence. One guy was even talking about how he got a sapphire back for his watch from this guy, and he loved it.
My Decision

So, I ordered one. It took a little while to arrive, but when it finally got here, I was stoked. I carefully swapped out the back of my Speedmaster with the new clear one. It fit perfectly, just like those forum guys said it would.
Now, I’ve been wearing it for a while, and I gotta say, I love it. It’s a solid watch, feels good on my wrist, and I still get a kick out of looking at the movement through the back. Plus, it’s a great conversation starter. People always ask about it.
Anyways, I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is thinking about getting one of these. It’s a cool watch, and getting that clear back really makes it special. It is really a good watch. And if you’re looking for a good copy, it seems like this Thomas Preik guy is the real deal. But hey, I’m no expert, just a regular guy who likes a nice watch.
